Preference options are available to some users, depending on how the user connects to the MCF Global Parts Web site. Not all users that have access to preference options will have access to every option.
A sidebar menu shows the preferences that are available to the user.
The menu will only display preference options that are available to the user.
The Change Personal Information preference option allows users to change their name, e-mail address, and phone number. The user's username cannot be modified. Click the Save button to save any changes that are made.
The Change Password preference option allows users to change their password.
To change a user's password:
Enter the orginal password in the Orginal Password field.
Enter the new password in the New Password field.
Confirm the new password by entering the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
Click the Save button.
The Change Security Question preference option allows users to change their security question and answer. Click the Save button to save any changes.
The Change Parts View Defaults preference option allows a user to set how the navigation view and parts list location are displayed.
